Using the lines shapes and postures of the figure Ken Cox looks at dance and costume as an embodiment of human expression and a binding element of cultural identity, a vehicle for primal energy, emotion and narrative both ephemeral and eternal.

With an expressive fluency of brush and line, Margot Cox explores relationships and tensions between figures in movement or at rest, creating through body language an emotive calligraphy of human form.
